French Cooking Class
On 23 February, 20 SoH alumni whipped up a 3-course French Cuisine menu under the guidance of Chef Susanne Despature at ToTT Store’s Suntec City Cooking Studio. The alumni were taught to prepare a 3-course menu, which include Tender Chicken Fillet in Herb Crust, Mediterranean Vegetable Ratatouille with Tomatoes, Zucchini & Onion and Poached Pears with Vanilla Ice-cream, Hot Chocolate Sauce with Caramelized Almond Flakes. After the class, everyone gathered at the dining hall to have an early dinner together.
On 12 January, 24 SoH alumni came together to create their own art pieces with the vast selection of painting tools, provided by Arteastiq. An array of beautiful artwork was created over a short span of three hours and were brought home by the participants as mementos.
